Siren dark rum uses a blend of Caribbean rums aged up to 10 years to give a smooth depth of flavour. This blend is infused with locally sourced heather honey, orange peel and vanilla.

 This honey forward rum is perfectly served neat or used in one of our signature cocktails, the Dark ‘n’ Stormy.

Golden Rum 5cl

Siren golden rum is a mellow blend of Caribbean rum aged up to 5 years from Barbados, Trinidad and Jamaica. Infused with locally sourced honey, orange peel and vanilla. This rum is lighter and sweeter with a fresh citrus finish.

Perfect neat or in a summer cocktail.

Spiced Rum 5cl

Siren spiced rum has bold flavours of cinnamon, pimento and orange peel leading to a kick of pink peppercorn. The combination of fiery spices with traditional Caribbean rum delivers a warming taste with toffee, walnut and vanilla on the palate for a soft sweet finish.

This spiced rum is perfect with cola.
